Finally something happening worth writing something about.
I am envious of so many people who have heard Radiohead's new album, A Moon Shaped Pool, already.
I am going to wait until the physical release and order that off Amazon.
It seems like I have been waiting forever for a new album. I noted there are some that were not quite so enamoured with the album but as I have loved every album they have produced with, in my opinion, the first album being my least favourite I am not worried.
Many did not like The King Of Limbs but I did like it and lost count of how many times I played it. I also think that In Rainbows was one of the, if not the, best album they had done.
I also love Amnesia, Kid A and Hail To The Thief probably in that order.
Nice to see there are more tracks this time around but a little sad that did not take the tally of 11 to 12 with the inclusion of that infamous Spectre track.
There are several cool things happening this year and is one of the best and most productive years in ... well years!
I am a bit of a computer gamer and tech-head among other things and there are all new revolutionary chips coming out over the ext 8 months. Like waiting several years for Radiohead there is also the Deus Ex Mankind Divided game in August which I have waited several years for. There are a few other interesting titles coming out or will be close as damn it, like Mass Effect.
By then another cool, fingers crossed and touch wood, Radiohead CD to add with my collection of others!
After all that the blogs that get most of my attention while others get neglected should be in a very, very good place.
I have to say I was shocked and pleased that A Moon Shaped Pool was already fit for download off Amazon when I looked! I almost did a double take!
